Yes — so long as a tracked courier collects from there. Hampshire is our home ground, but posting makes anywhere in the UK workable, and return postage is free wherever you live.
How safe is it to post a dead drive?
Yes — provided it is packed right: original enclosure, plenty of padding, tracked and insured. The shipping form takes you step by step, and thousands of family jobs reach the lab this way each year.
Do you offer collection?
On ordinary jobs, a tracked parcel beats sending a van — quicker and less risky — and you can drop the device at our office on any weekday instead. Where things are trickier — servers, big NAS boxes, delicate forensic work — ring us and we'll settle on the best route.
