Christchurch has BCP Council as its principal authority, and Christchurch Town Council, at parish level, looks after the parks, the allotments, the bandstand and the quay; the parish had a population of 31,372 as per the 2021 Census. Is Highcliffe inside what you call Christchurch?
It is, along with Mudeford and the BH23 addresses out at Hurn. There were 3,673 people in Highcliffe alone according to the 2021 Census, and Highcliffe and Walkford has its own parish council, entirely separate from Christchurch Town Council.
