The lab · reach us
Two routes in: write, or ring us.
Describe the failure and why the files matter to you; an engineer will come back inside a working day, and normally sooner. Prefer to talk? The phone is picked up by the people who do the recoveries, never a call centre.

Questions people ask first, answered plainly.
Where should I post my device?
Send parcels to Guildford Data Recovery, Building 2, Ground Floor, Guildford Business Park, Guildford, GU2 8XH. That is the name above our intake lab's door, so put it on the label instead of ours, otherwise delivery may be refused. Use a tracked, insured service. We begin diagnosis on the day of arrival, and the return leg back to you costs nothing.
Is it possible to hand my device in myself?
Yes. Most Hampshire clients simply post it, though you can drop a device off at the office between 9am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday: Guildford Data Recovery, Building 2, Ground Floor, Guildford Business Park, GU2 8XH. Phone first so an engineer expects you and the booking-in happens on arrival.
Is there an email address published?
In writing, the form above is quickest — it reaches the support desk carrying everything needed to start a case. Rather speak to someone? 0800 6890668, Mon–Fri 9am–5:30pm.
What else should go in the parcel?
Send the drive itself, any leads or caddy parts, your printed shipping form, and where the machine is encrypted, write the password or recovery key on that form. Leave power adaptors at home unless asked.
The quicker it arrives, the quicker it leaves.
Nothing to pay for the diagnosis, one written price agreed before any chargeable work, and a device treated as the important thing it plainly is.
