Chichester is the county town of West Sussex and its only city, with a parish population of 29,407 at the 2021 Census. It is managed under two local authorities (Chichester District Council and West Sussex County Council) and has train services running west on the West Coastway line to Southampton. Trains run from Chichester. Should I bring the drive in person?
Posting the hard drive is easier than bringing it. There is no counter in the city and nobody will call for packages, so once you receive a quote, either by phone or with our quotation form, a trackable parcel is all you need to send. Alternatively, if you wish to hand it over, the intake lab at Guildford is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, and no appointment is needed.
Can CAD and quality records come off an array that failed?
Usually. An array is read from images of all its member disks, so no matching controller is required. Remove the drives and label each disk according to the bay it belongs to. Get a quote first, either by phone or with our quotation form, then send every single disk (including any marked failed), and start no rebuild.
Our practice in PO19 has a server that will not start. What happens next?
Call us first and describe the failure. This will establish which disks need to travel, how they should be labelled and what type of packaging you need, before you unplug anything. We offer complimentary diagnosis once your parcel arrives.
Is there an office in Chichester to visit?

A single drive is charged at £300 + VAT. Recorders are priced at £400 + VAT. Memory cards and sticks cost from £250 + VAT, and multi-disk work from £500 + VAT.
